Holiday Lights Contest

Saturday, December 18th

This year’s Holiday Lights contest will be judged by the Board of Directors and last year’s Grand Prize Winner on Saturday December 18th, weather permitting. Though some residents have enjoyed voting for their favorite display in recent years, the timing of this year’s contest simply does not allow sufficient time for homeowners to erect their displays, for the Board to select Finalists, and for residents to vote for the winners. As usual, board members and last year’s Grand Prize winner are ineligible to win. Photos of the winners along with several honorable mentions will be posted on the website following the contest. The Board of Directors encourages all homeowners to participate by erecting their own display and walking the neighborhood to see those of their neighbors.

Architectural Committee

During these tough times, we are asked to stay "safe at home" and with some time on our hands, many of us are looking to spruce up our homes and brighten our neighborhood. The Architectural and Landscape Review Committee kindly ask that, as you begin your projects, to contact the Property Management Group and complete an application. If you are thinking about removing (or planting) trees in the front yard, putting on a new roof or fence, or painting the exterior of the home, all of these activities require an application be submitted for approval. We thoroughly enjoy seeing you take pride in your home and want to ensure you can begin your project with confidence! Continue to stay safe, stay healthy, and take care of one another!
