Welcome Home!

The Homes of Coventry Village is a small suburban neighborhood located in the Eastlake area of Pinellas county Florida. The community consists of 150 single-family residences located along side the Brooker Creek Nature Preserve. It’s small size and quiet location provide tranquility while remaining close to the amenities of the Tampa Bay area. This site was conceived by the homeowner’s association to improve communication and foster community involvement. It is designed with both current and potential residents in mind. Here you will find a wealth of information from copies of our guidelines and forms to a calendar of events and contact information.

4th Quarter 2019

Yard of the Month

The Yard of the Month Award, currently awarded quarterly, was created by the Board of Directors in 2015. The award’s purpose is to recognize homeowners who have done an outstanding job in improving their home’s curb appeal. The award also seeks to recognize those homeowners who consistently go above and beyond to maintain their home’s appearance. We hope that by recognizing these homeowners the award will help to inspire others to do the same. Residents wishing to nominate one of their neighbors may do so via email at any time. Nominations may be sent to and should include the property address and a current photo.

Neighborhood Watch

It has come to the association’s attention that an individual listed as a registered sex offender may be present in our community. This message is not intended to create undo alarm. Rather, its purpose is to remind residents, especially children, to exercise caution when encountering strangers, whether in our immediate neighborhood or in the wider community. Residence wishing to find more information regarding registered sex offenders should visit the Florida Department of Law Enforcement website at the link below.
