During these tough times, we are asked to stay "safe at home" and with some time on our hands, many of us are looking to spruce up our homes and brighten our neighborhood. The Architectural and Landscape Review Committee kindly ask that, as you begin your projects, to contact the Property Management Group and complete an application. If you are thinking about removing (or planting) trees in the front yard, putting on a new roof or fence, or painting the exterior of the home, all of these activities require an application be submitted for approval. We thoroughly enjoy seeing you take pride in your home and want to ensure you can begin your project with confidence! Continue to stay safe, stay healthy, and take care of one another!
We care about our neighborhood and the families in it! And we know this is a difficult time for many with all the changes. So it is with heavy heart we regret to inform you that the playground is temporarily closed because it cannot be cleaned/sanitized to meet CDC guidelines. However, the park will remain open and we ask that you please follow the social distancing rules of 6 ft apart and groups of no more than 10 people. Be mindful of those around you and most importantly, stay safe! stay healthy!
The Yard of the Month Award, currently awarded quarterly, was created by the Board of Directors in 2015. The award’s purpose is to recognize homeowners who have done an outstanding job in improving their home’s curb appeal. The award also seeks to recognize those homeowners who consistently go above and beyond to maintain their home’s appearance. We hope that by recognizing these homeowners the award will help to inspire others to do the same. Residents wishing to nominate one of their neighbors may do so via email at any time. Nominations may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and should include the property address and a current photo.Read More
It has come to the association’s attention that an individual listed as a registered sex offender may be present in our community. This message is not intended to create undo alarm. Rather, its purpose is to remind residents, especially children, to exercise caution when encountering strangers, whether in our immediate neighborhood or in the wider community. Residence wishing to find more information regarding registered sex offenders should visit the Florida Department of Law Enforcement website at the link below.Watch More

Several local Boy Scout Troops, including the one mentioned in the flyer below, are selling luminary kits this holiday season. We encourage all Coventry residents to consider supporting this worthy cause by purchasing a set of holiday luminaries. Furthermore, we hope that all residents will display their luminaries, along with their neighbors, during the holiday season in a show of community togetherness. Finally, we encourage residents to reach out to their neighbors who may need assistance in setting up their luminaries so that all who wish to participate can do so. We wish all Coventry residents a happy and healthy Holiday Season.
